On the 3rd of January 2023, we are re-running our popular ‘Fitness Step Challenge’ for both staff and clients where you and your dog get fit by walking more steps each day. Using your favourite health technology, get involved by sending us a screen grab of the number of steps you have made each week. The person who walks the most steps will win a voucher worth £20.00 to be spent on any of our services.
At the end of the January, we will also award a £40.00 voucher to the person who has logged the most number of steps in the 4 week period.
Just send an image from your device or app, clearly showing your number of steps during each Monday to Sunday period to email@example.com Please also include your name so we know who you are. The first week will start on Tuesday the 3rd of January following Bank Holiday Monday.

Terms and Conditions
Vouchers can only be redeemed against one of our services taking place on our premises.
Any household can only win one weekly prize in the four week period.
Weekly periods run from, 3rd to 8th, 9th to 15th, 16th to 22nd and 23rd to 31st January.
Entries for any week must be received by Sunday midnight to be entered in the previous seven day challenge.
Vouchers must be redeemed by 31st December 2023.
Winners will be announced on our Social Media channels – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
We have devised a system which hopefully enables us to operate the challenge fairly however, we reserve the right to terminate the challenge at any time.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
All step data collected will only be used as part of our Fitness Step Challenge for the purpose of recording each participant’s step count and determining winners.
